Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit the sport of gymnastics. Within a year, she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness competitions as a teenager. She earned her Pro Card just one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take six years away from performing after she received her Pro card in order to finish the college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better targets each year. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to finish her college degree. In October 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place during the event. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and came home with 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position in the Fitness Division despite being completely unprepared. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. The exercises she uses to strengthen her back include bent-over rows with single arm lat pull-downs. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be lighter weight and another heavy weight day.
